Tammie Lee Bridegroom-Henning, RN, BSN, CST, has built a career defined by precision, dedication, and a deep commitment to patient care. As a traveling nurse working throughout the region, Ms. Bridegroom-Henning brings her expertise in surgical technology to operating rooms and surgical teams wherever she is needed.

In her role as a nurse, she collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room personnel to ensure that every procedure runs smoothly and safely. She takes responsibility for making sure all equipment and supplies are ready for each surgery and works directly with patients before and after their procedures, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and supported.

Ms. Bridegroom-Henning’s academic foundation includes both an Associate of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, earned from Mercy College in Toledo, Ohio. She also completed her Associate of Applied Science in surgical technology at Owens Community College near Toledo, further strengthening her unique qualifications in this specialized area of medicine.

She is an active member of the Association of Surgical Technology and remains committed to upholding the highest standards of patient care and operating room efficiency.

Outside of her professional life, Tammie credits her children for inspiring and encouraging her journey as a traveling nurse. Their support motivates her to continue providing skilled and compassionate care to patients across the region.
