With nearly thirty years of real estate experience and twenty years working full time as a Certified Residential Specialist, it is safe to say Thera is an expert in real estate. Thera and her husband, Don started Bodega Bay and Beyond in 1992, which became Bodega Bay's most successful vacation rental company. A short time after that, she became very active in real estate sales. It was then that Thera decided to chase her dreams of having her own independently owned and operated coastal real estate sales office. In 1999, she built the building which is now Sonoma Coast Living Real Estate.
Currently, Thera’s expertise is in buyer and seller representation, investment properties, first time home buyers, vacation homes, as well as advising and consulting with owners and buyers. Throughout the course of her illustrious career, Thera has been honored by the Chairman’s Circle as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from 2000-2005, and was named the number one residential agent on the Sonoma Coast in a 2005 BAREIS report. Additionally, Thera was selected by Broker Agent Magazine as Broker/Agent of the Month in January 2007. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and visiting historical places.
Reflecting on her education, Thera studied Computers and Electronic Technology at the College of Marin.
