Naples, FL—Theresa Rose Tack, R.N., has been inducted into Continental Who’s Who Hall of Fame in the field of Nursing. Tack is a retired Registered Nurse, who previously served at Wasatch County Hospital for 12 years and brought over 38 years of field experience to her profession.
A venerated professional, throughout her illustrious career,
Tack has worked in hospitals in Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, California and Utah
in several areas of nursing, including the facet of cardiovascular medicine.
Some former places of employment included Wasatch County Hospital, St. John’s
Hospital, Methodist Hospital, and Hillcrest Medical Center.
While pursuing her educational endeavors, Tack earned her Nursing Diploma from
Central Maine General Hospital in 1961. She considers herself a Women’s Health
nurse.
In recognition of her professional accolades, Tack is the honorary recipient of
