Tiffany Behrendsen-Smith, CEO and registered nurse, has dedicated her career to transforming the field of nursing education and home healthcare. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ashland University (1996) and a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University completed in just ten months, Tiffany combines academic excellence with over 20 years of hands-on experience as a licensed nursing home administrator in Ohio.

Tiffany is the driving force behind an ancillary nursing school and home healthcare administration services, offering innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of students and patients. Her work has earned national recognition, including the Small Business of the Year Award (2019) and Certified Preferred Provider status (2024). As a guest lecturer at state meetings and the Board of Nursing Education in Columbus, Ohio, she shares her expertise, inspiring the next generation of nursing professionals.
