Despite being in real estate for only one year, Tricia is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the industry. She has lived in fourteen different locations in twenty five years and is quite familiar with the buying, selling and moving process. Her areas of expertise include: residential real estate, buying and selling, buyer representation, working with first time buyers and more.

In addition to her realty career, Tricia is the Office Manager for the business she owns with her husband, Quality Maintenance Contractors, Inc., which has been in business for over thirty years.

A member of NAPW and the Women’s Council of Realtors, Tricia was the director of the Lake Michigan Home School Connection and participates with the Council for Educational Travel USA by hosting exchange students.  Tricia also volunteers free time to her local church.

Throughout the course of her educational career, Tricia graduated from Davenport University.
