Mr Winder is the Founder of Winder Realty, a comprehensive full-service Real Estate Brokerage establishment, which offers guidance to real estate buyers, sellers, investors, and renters throughout Boston.

Winder Capital is a passive investment corporation that allows investors to grow and diversify their investment portfolios with vetted real estate opportunities. He works with clients on condo conversions, construction developments, commercial buildings, and single-family fixes and flips. The firm has partnered with investors, contractors, developers, and flippers to provide capital backing to allow these clients to scale up their businesses and maximize returns for every project.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Winder attended Colorado Mesa University, where he received academic scholarships and a scholarship to play football. He graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management and minor in Business Management.

In his current role, Mr. Winder is the CEO and Founder of both Winder Capital and Winder Realty. He began his career as an Account Manager for Life Time - Healthy Way of Life in 2015, and in 2017 moved to a role at Keller Williams Realty as a Real Estate Agent. Mr. Winder began a new position as a Real Estate Agent at Black Anchor Realty in 2018. In November 2020, Mr. Winder became the Founder and CEO of both Winder Capital and Winder Realty, stepping into an executive role.
