Vanessa has over 35 Years of Experience as a Closing Specialist and currently focuses on Title Services; Processing Orders; Closing Information; Title Clearing and Processing; Legal Documents; as well as disbursement of funds and managing the escrow operations of the Stewart Title and Guaranty Company Seattle’s commercial services office.
Additionally, Vanessa is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the American Escrow Association. She holds a License in Limited Practice from the State of Washington, and is an Escrow Officer.
